Lost internet around 8:50 pm called tech support and I got the usual we can send someone out on the 27th........ It's an ongoing problem when the temp drops below -1 and it's getting old.... Christmas will be bad when the kids open all the new internet dependent devices and can not use them.

I talked with a few friends and an employee from Mediacom who lives in town..... He and others have had issues every winter here in Savanna... The tech informed me he has asked his supervisor on many occasions to have the issue looked into and was told until they receive more complaints they will not waist time or money to track down and repair the issue as long as phone service and TV service remain in operation..... I think this is a very poor attitude and needs to be addressed ASAP.... I have sent a PM to MediacomChad in the hopes that the issue can be addressed and solved in a timely manner.
PS has anyone else had issues when the temp drops below a certain point? and if so how did you get the issue resolved?
