As a very long time customer of Mediacom, am I the only customer that has noticed an improvement in customer relations the last few years? When I first started with Mediacom the customer service was beyond horrible, mostly it was non-existent. The last several years I have notice a marked change in customer relations and it is not all because of Mediacom Chad.
I bring this up because of the emails I have been getting from MC about the recent midwest storm outages. Mediacom has made a real effort to inform customers about the situation. It is all too easy to bash and bash cable companies and very hard to praise them. Good Job Mediacom from a customer who still does not love you but respects your recent improvement in Customer Relations.
