I have been a customer since 2014. And until last Monday it has been good. However, Last Monday I lost internet (Not because of any storm). Wednesday it was restored. I had replaced the modem, all 3 way splitters and tightened down the ground at the outside box. Internet came back up. Now, 5 days later (with the new modem) bam, no internet again. Now they can't get a tech here until the 5th of November. I work from home and have 3 kids trying to do school from home. I am paying good money for internet I can't get. It's going to affect my job and my kids. It is unacceptable. Today I went and got a new modem because the tech said this new Hitron modem is junk and they have had nothing but problems with it. They recommended going to the office and requesting a different one. No go. Still no internet. The problem has be be somewhere at the pedestal or beyond as there just is no infrastructure at my house that can be the issue. A tech came out last Wednesday and said signal was good because I had fixed it myself. I just can't get help. Has anyone else seen this terrible service?
