So, this morning all of our internet went out so I called and found out there had been an outage reported and it was being fixed. So, I left my phone number to be called when it was resolved. They called while I was at work to let me know it was fixed.
However, when I got home, we still have no connection. The modem's DS light just flashes and will not connect.
I called and went through the typical computer screen reading assistance from the phone techs...no help at all. Originally was told a service tech could come to my place by Thursday, 3 days from now. Finally got yhem to say there is an opening tomorrow, but I would love to figure out the problem before then.
I have my own modem, a Zoom. They never asked for my MAC address or anything... Its just been frustrating.
