For three straight days now, between 11am and 1pm, Mediacom's signal has been going out. It's not just my house. It's the entire neighborhood, at least two streets away from us. Two days ago the signal went out and in for a while, including a 5-minute outage. Yesterday, the signal went out completely for two hours. Right on cue, around 11am today the signal began going out and in and out and in. The outages have lasted from 10 seconds to a few minutes. When I called the customer service line yesterday the automated voice said there was an outage reported in the area. When the signal came back after a couple hours, I figured they must've fixed the issue. Today's problems suggest otherwise. Please, figure out what's going on and get it fixed. We, and our neighbors, are getting frustrated.
