Modem has sync and locked on upstream/downstream channels, pulling a 173.x.x.x IP but can't route or resolve. Happened around 5am this morning or slightly before. Chad or any tier 2 or NOC folks available to take a look/assist? Tier 1 keeps trying to tell me it's my modem and wants to waste time by sending a tech out. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
