My wife and I moved into our first house together 2/19 and was glad to get internet. I was told online I was covered and the 1st appointment was set. He never showed up and when I asked I was told the technician was working his last day and couldn't and wouldn't come to my house. The person on the phone said I'd get my first month free. So another hookup appointment was scheduled and this time I was able to get someone at my house. He walks around and says he can't find where to hookup to and another technician will come check. He leaves and a week goes by and another truck pulled in my driveway and immediately pulls out. I thought I missed the technician so I call and was told they cancelled my order because either there was a hardline and no Medicom equipment or no hardline and to call back for service in April and they'd maybe see then. This feels terrible to not know what is going on and no idea who to get a hold of for us to get internet at our home. Anyone know who to call or maybe why we keep getting such terrible runarounds?
